Love of Music
Most of my life I lived without it,
but now I can't stop playing it.
Music used to mean nothing to me,
Its now something that I need.
All kinds of music I now have interest in,
Life without music would become a sin.
With a guitar in my hand anything is possible,
When I play music I feel unstoppable.
Music will become apart of my future,
It will be a journey that I will endure.

Thomas Becket
-He was a martyr and archbishop of Cantebury.
-Thomas Becket, by his contemporaries more commonly called Thomas of London.
-In 1154 he was promoted to be archdeacon of Canterbury.
-He devoted himself to ascetic practices, confined himself to the society of churchmen and resigned the chancellorship in spite of a papal dispensation.
-Thomas Becket was assassinated on December 20, 1170.

Myself
My name is Chris Omedeo. I am a junior at Anderson High School and I am 16 years old. One of my biggest passions music. Music is something I love to make and is something I want as a career one day. I play the guitar and the piano/keyboard. Some of my inspirations include Eddie Van Halen, Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, Allen Holdsworth, Angus Young, and many more. When I play the piano I like to play Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, and other classical arrangements. One of my favorite things to do is transpose classical music from piano to guitar and make the piece of music different. I like a wide variety of music, from 60's rock to old school rap. In my opinion, having a wide variety of music will help meet new people and relate to more people. I plan to go to college and I want to go to the University of Cincinnati and go to CCM (Cincinnati Conservatory of Music) to become an Audio Engineer. An Audio Engineer is some who works in a recording studio and does the mixing and mastering of music. As long as I have some kind of career in music, I am sure that I will love my job.
